8.0Easy to find, the house was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It's in a quiet, countryside location with a lovely outlook and a private garden for the use of guests. Nice touches included a generous welcome pack, towelling robes and music playing on arrival. There was a parking space right in front of the property
− The signs and instructions everywhere which were very "in your face" and the rather condescending tone of the property information sheets. The leaving checklist was over the top, it was passive/aggressive in nature, rounded off with threats of additional charges. Despite the property being right next door to the owner, no one came to welcome us or ask if there was anything else we needed. It was a beautiful property but we would not stay there again
