Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden und in der Nähe, ebenfalls gibt es auch gute Restaurants, wo das essen sehr lecker ist. Toll an der Unterkunft sind die Eigentümer die direkt nebenan wohnen. Uns war das von Anfang an bewusst und wir waren sehr froh sie zu haben. Die Hausherren sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, hat sich angefüllt wie Zuhause bei den Großeltern. Wirklich wunderbar. Nicht vergessen zu erwähnen lebt im Garten eine Schildkröte „Margarita“ sie besuchte uns oft am Morgen und der freundliche Hund „Tuc“ kam auch oft zu Besuch. Die Kinder waren Happy.

− Angesprochen haben wir den wilden Gartenwuchs 😊 der Garten ist voll mit Büschen und Pflanzen und die Krönung ist der riesige Pfefferbaum. Es ist auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich, da die Pflanzen dort zurecht geschnitten wurden. Aber es erschwert den Durchgang sehr. Evtl kann sich der liebe Jesus doch vorstellen alles etwas kurzer zu gestalten. Ansonsten waren wir rund um Glücklich.

Great place to stay

Its location is great. It is located in a quiet town, 30 minutes to the city centre or 15 minutes to the airport. The owner, Jesus, was very friendly and helpful. The property is part of his dwelling. He was doing his best to make us feel welcomed. The property was very clean and tidy. I love the swimming pool and enjoyed sunbathing by the poolside.

− The WiFi connection wasn't too stable. It was great most of the time. No problem connecting to the router but the internet signal lost. Perhaps the internet signal is weak in the area.

I stayed at the house for 8 days, with my husband, 5-year-old daughter and a friend. From the moment we arrived, we were very well received by Jesus, who showed us the entire house in detail. Everything was very clean and tidy. It was impossible not to have a great impression. The bedrooms had comfortable mattresses, impeccable bed linen, very clean curtains and bath towels for everyone. The bathroom was a great size and was also very clean. The kitchen had all the utensils, plates, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. I was very happy to open the refrigerator and see that there was water, juice and a nice white wine, since we arrived tired and thirsty. The kitchen also had coffee, sugar, biscuits and tea and some basic seasonings. The bedrooms and kitchen have ceiling fans that keep the room cool, and during the night and day the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Jesús gave us some tips on places to eat and go out that were very useful. The garden is beautiful, I loved the flowers and plants, my daughter played a lot on the swing and slide, it's a nice space and we had barbecues for two days. The pool is very good with saline water, and I really liked the alarm system because with children and pets there is always the risk of something happening. We rented a car and it was easy to park it on the street and we had no problems. There is a good market in the neighborhood and we were able to buy what we needed. We were very happy during our stay. I can only thank Jesús and Rossi for welcoming us with such care, always concerned about our well-being. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the beauty of Palma de Mallorca a little more, knowing that I have a great place to stay.
