10.0Phantastische Lage, direkt am Meer. Schön eingerichtete Unterkunft. Super Balkon Richtung Meer, wunderschöne ruhige Terasse mit Blick auf die Berge.
− Die Einrichtung von Küche und Bad sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Zweckmäßig.

10.0Das ist wahrscheinlich das schönste Haus in Valle Gran Rey. Direkt vor den Fenstern und vor dem Balkon ist das Meer. Und es hat einen riesigen Innenhof mit einem großen Baum im Zentrum, bei Regen kann man unter einem Vordach sitzen. Es ist wirklich traumhaft schön
− Nichts.Einziges Problem ist, dass es meist ausgebucht ist.

9.0Die Lage in Puntilla ist hervorragend, mittig im unteren Tal, direkt am Meer. La Playa und Vueltas (Hafen) in kurzer Gehdistanz (ca. jeweils knapper Kilometer) zu erreichen. Es kann durch den Seegang laut werden, so dass Ohrstöpsel für geräuschempfindliche Personen für die Nacht mitgebracht werden sollten. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Haus gibt es einige gute Restaurants und eine Bäckerei, die leckeres Brot herstellt. Kleine Supermärkte ebenfalls in Gehentfernung.

10.0Die Lage am Meer ist ein Traum. Das Haus hat alles , was man braucht.
− Die Dusche ist eher ein Rinnsal, die Duschkabine sehr klapprig. Die Kommunikation nach Einzug hat nicht mehr funktioniert (bis zur Schlüsselübergabe ging das sehr gut).
