Excellent vakantiehuis in mooie rustige omgeving.

Eigenlijk is het ruime schone huis te mooi om te verhuren. Het huis staat in een gebied met vakantie-achtige woonwijkjes om kleine meertjes waarin ook vele mensen daadwerkelijk zijn gaan wonen. Praktisch alles is er in en om het huis, en van zeer behoorlijke kwaliteit. Huis staat met pakweg 30 soortgelijke huizen rond een meertje van pakweg 1-2 hectaren grootte waarin je kunt zwemmen, suppen, kanoen etc.. (Zwem)water is van opzienbarend goede kwaliteit - in Nederland was het bijna overal blauwalg (gifgroen water) terwijl 20 km verderop het water in Duitsland helder was -. Het is er rustig, ruim en schoon; zowel in het huis, erom heen en wat betreft de omgeving. Het is een mooi stukje Duitsland en de de omgeving bestaat uit kleine dorpjes van pakweg 1000 tot 15000 inwoners. In Heede (pakweg 10 km) zit een prima restaurant (Am Turm; simpel, superlekker en relatief goedkoop eten). Kanalonie is ook een aardig restaurant met prima eten, maar relatief duur, meer voor wannabees en bekakt. En vlakbij voor het park aan de overkant smaakt de schnitsel met gebakken aardappel ook goed maar is lang niet op het niveau van Am Turm. Richting Renkenberge is er een leuk meertje waar de plaatselijke bevolking gebruik van maakt. (staat niet op de touristenlijst ;-)); ook is er een leuk meer bij Haren (schoon water en met vele mogelijkheden incluis honden losloopdeel).
