8.0Privacidade e custo benefício. O quarto conta com uma pequena cozinha, o que ajuda bastante.
− Barulho do bar ao lado até tarde nas sextas e sábados, o que prejudica o descanso de quem quer levantar cedo. Obs: ao menos a música é boa (bar de rock). Mesmo a proposta sendo de um lugar simples a um bom preço, poderiam ser implementadas melhorias no quarto, especialmente no banheiro.
