6.0Nice and quiet when trees weren’t being chopped down with a chainsaw on the property line at 7am in the morning.
− Property needs a good spring clean, black mould in the bathroom and blood on the back of the door, all floor rugs were filthy, outdoor furniture needs cleaning, bbq cover was filthy so didn’t bother to look at the bbq. Some of the kitchen drawers need a good clean out. No proper curtains in bedrooms. No rail in shower and nothing to hold onto, definitely not elderly friendly in that respect.

10.0We liked that the house was at the end of the court, as the outdoor seating (which we loved) would look out to the little tropical jungle at the end of the street. Still feeling part of the community, but the luxury of having your own space. The house is very well decorated, giving it a comfortable, beachy and stylish feel. Billa Bush exceeded our expectations.
