Extremely disappointing, not as advertised.

Great location for skiing, very quiet.

− An exterior door didn’t lock, communication with staff was poor (they failed to reply to 3 attempts to reach them), bad wifi was a known issue but we weren’t notified until we had almost arrived (deliberately misleading advertising), property was priced for prime ski season but it was known that there was effectively no snow for skiing, which was extremely bad value, property was run down and poorly maintained.
