Location was amazing - central and with uninterrupted views. We stayed as an extended family and had everything we needed - younger kids bunked together in their own room (with tv) while teenagers and adults had our own spaces. Great family areas. OKitchen well appointed with every pot/pan/serving dishes etc. Excellent laundry facilities. Pool was a major hit.

− Very minor. * One of the bedrooms and bathrooms accessed via external area. That takes a little extra security planning at night.

The home was large and had many living areas, great for the family to spread out, and if we needed individual privacy, the view from the top levels was amazing. The size of the pool was good. The beds were very comfortable. Having stuff for the children was so good. Most places don't supply for the kids, but there was everything you needed - toys, kids' plates and cutlery, kids table, portable cots ect

− The house had not been cleaned on arrival, had to contact host and host sent a cleaner out to clean the house and they ony did a quick clean, the front verandah pathway was full of bird poo and we had to pressure clean it ourselves to be able to walk to the front door, we had to clean parts of the house before settle in. The house had major issues with ants, ants all through the kitchen which made it hard to prepare food, and they were all in the power points and switches. The electricity wiring was a concern due to many switches being faulty, the fire alarm in the main living area was faulty and caused sparkes and smoke and tripped the power ( have a video but cant upload), meaning that with that off for safety of a fire couldnt use lights and fans in the main lounge and the main bedroom, had to shower in the dark. Causing half the top floor unusable. Had reported this issue to the host and stated that this is a major safety issue and to have it fixed before any other bookings - no response back from host. The pool was amazing but also hadn't been cleaned - had wood cover over over-flow along the whole front of the pool side and was all rotten and sunken, so was an issue of tripping or twisting an ankle. We left the house cleaner than what it was when we had arrived. Should get compensation for the cleaning we had to do and for the issues we had to deal with.

We stayed last year and have booked for next year, the location couldn’t be better

Good location, short walk to Town Beach playground which was great for the kids. The house is really well set up for children, including small ones (1yo and under). Very grateful to have all the infrastructure for small kids. Made a massive difference.

Beautiful views, a large house with plenty of facilities, a terrific swimming pool and an attractive layout. It worked well for an extended family of nine adults and assorted children.

− It was slightly odd to have one of the bedrooms separated from the rest of the house and the bathroom to the master bedroom had an interesting shower that ensured water spread across most of the bathroom.
