1.0The pool only for the rest everything was not good
− I would like to file a complaint regarding an unfair and unauthorized charge of €300. The host requested a €300 security deposit upon our arrival, despite the fact that this requirement was not disclosed anywhere in the booking terms or listing before our reservation. Had we known about this additional charge, we would have reconsidered our booking. After our stay, the host refused to return the deposit and claimed that the property was not clean. This accusation is completely unfounded. The property was already in an unsatisfactory condition when we arrived, with poor cleanliness and an unpleasant odor throughout the house. Furthermore, we did not cook in the property, caused no damage, and stayed for only one night. There is no valid reason to withhold our deposit. We believe this charge is unjustified and constitutes an unfair treatment of guests. We respectfully request a full refund of the €300 deposit and a review of the host’s conduct regarding undisclosed fees and the handling of security deposits. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to a prompt resolution.
Great group property on easy distance of the track
10.0Superb property for our group watching racing at Spa. Very comfortable and great to have a pool. Easy walking distance to the circuit. We’d definitely return.

7.0Het zwembad was een voltreffer,echt iets om met kinderen
− De vaatwasser was vuil en werkte niet,de broodrooster werkte ook niet de droogkast was ook eerst aan reiniging beurt toe voor ze terug werkte en alles was zeker toe aan een opknapbeurt,!!!het sanitair de douche was maar een beetje water
Te duur voor wat het is, super veel mieren gevonden in de keuken bij het opstaan.
