Overall happy. If someone asked if I recommended I would.
7.0Like the house heaps of room Was clean Pool was nice. Kids loved it BBQ was perfect size, we had 11 people and could cook easily for everyone.
− 1 of the remotes wouldn't open the electric gate. Few times we had to turn it off then back on to get the remote that did work to work. No hot water for 4 of the nights we were there. Which was pretty annoying.

1.0Location was wonderful. House was good
− We booked this house as we wanted pool so that all of us can enjoy. But unfortunately we couldn’t as kids started itching a lot as there were heaps of dead ants and spiders in the pool. We contacted office for 2 days to get pool cleaned while we went for sight seeing but it wasn’t done. They said that pool person came and checked that chlorine level was little bit more and said that its not too high to cause itching. Our whole group was disappointed. Other thing I would mention is host should atleast provide toilet roll for the stay period. There were lizards in the bedroom i can understand it could be because of trees around but pest control is necessary . Kids were scared to sleep. We paid more than $5000 for the house for 5 days but i think its not worth. Really disappointed. This is first time it has happened to us.
Spacious, had everything, suited to families with kids
10.0Lots of space. A bed for everyone. When we came back from our day trips, the kids straight away jumped into the pool, they loved it. Lots of towels and pool towels. Kitchen had all utensils. We only had to buy food. ACs in every bedroom. So close to the beach, we could walk to palm cove. Beds were super comfortable.
− My holiday was too short. Nothing to fault with the house.
