The property was ok for short stay but the furniture was in the home is not to the standard.

Property digital code access instead of physical set of keys

− The facilities & furniture, lounge is not cleaned, dining chairs are wobbling and the outdoor furniture is full of dust and tree branches and debris. TV connection in hall way is disconnected or not connected, but at least it works in the bedroom.

Good location, beds were comfortable.

− Bathrooms were old and dated and grout looked dirty/mouldy. Water pressure in the shower was terrible - very hard to get the right temperature. Shower was very small. Not enough kitchen accessories- tiny pot to cook pasta, only one bowl for salad, no salad servers. Balcony needs a thorough clean/power wash. No access to resort facilities was extremely disappointing. Owners pool was small and the water was cloudy.

Wonderful accomodation. Welcoming warm and homely set up. Loved it! Will definetely visit again.

− 1. Bedding issues - Bed was way too soft. A firmer mattress would have been perfect. 2. Kitchen - Noted in kitchen that basic items like oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cooking sauce etc were available however upon closer inspection I noted the oil was expired in may 2024, garlic pdr in mar 2022 and worcestershire sauce aug 2020. These items should not be in the kitchen. Hope you get it organised for expired items to be thrown away immediately.

Location. Very comfortable.

− The mattress was very hard and not comfortable. The pillows were not so good and the TV didn’t have many programs to choose from.

The location has beautiful views and is in a very nice area, the house was very clean and tidy and everything is accessible. The staff was very nice, helpful and generous as well. For that the place and the staff deserve a full five stars with thanks and regards 👍🏼
