great location, well maintained and clean property, easily accessible, with nearby restaurants

The location is what takes me back to this apartment every year. Comfortable and spacious rooms, will maintained kitchen facility, friendly staff are the hotel's plus points

− The property needs some maintenance and touch up on some aspects. Being an apartment hotel, would like it to offer 24hours facility e.g. check in at 8pm, check out at 8pm next day rather than insisting on the 11am checkout

First time I faced pathetic situation, without notice he cut off AC and power,forced to come out of rooms, about to call police,.As I don't know Tamil i could not notice FIR.Total inhuman atitude.Dont continue him in Booking dot com.After reaching Hyderabad i decided to file a case in Consumer forum as I have recorded voice calls with them.

− Booking dot com should have contacted me, or service provided agreed while check in at 17:30, check out would be 24 hours i.e 17:30 on 17.6.3026.If he needs money,he should have asked.I was contacting my PA who booked through Booking.com which I use regularly for my personal requirements,even some cases office also.First time I faced peculiar situation infront of my wife.It is not a good work for a senior citizen who came on pilgrimage.

Room is clean and good, I would refer this to others

− Cost is bit on the higher side, the booking shows 3(2+1) beds in the bedroom but they gave only Queen size bed. When asked the Manager is not accepting this.

Initially there was a misunderstanding regarding room tariff as I was asked to pay Rs 1000/- more than the price in booking.com. How ever it was resolved satisfactorily. OverallVery pleasant stay at Moonlight residency. The rooms are clean ,comfortable and well maintained.
