Perfect local and staff.
10.0Lovely, cute little BnB. The room service breakfast is a lovely touch before a days work. Very needed and very valued. The staff were excellent and really made me feel at home.
− Can’t really find a fault.
We enjoyed our holiday but will go elsewhere next time
4.0The breakfast was very unusual as in only sandwiches and not a proper English breakfast
− The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom had black hairs all over the floor and not clean

9.0Karen and Lyn went above and beyond for us. I needed some urgent printing, no problem. We were fussy about breakfast, no problem. Parking, 🅿️ no problem. Smallish room but we weren't planning on throwing a party so was more than adequate. Endless supply of Tea, coffee and biscuits and given the weather (very warm) lots of water bottles in the fridge on the ground floor. All in all a thoroughly enjoyed stay
− Power sockets needed on both sides of the bed. Bed was a little soft for me but that's down to a very personal choice.

10.0I would highly recommend this b&b ,its simply just what you need . My stay was Navy pass-out which is 10 mins from b&b to venue , sea front 4mins away . The owner and lady who looked after us went the extra mile to help our stay fulfilling x thankyou

10.0The owners were really lovely and accommodating, I had 3 bmx bikes that wouldn't fit into our rooms but they helped me store them downstairs.
