10.0Todo. El trato fue excepcional, fueron muy amables desde el minuto uno. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, recién reformadas. Pero la mayor sorpresa fue su restaurante. Comimos en él varias veces, y puedo decir con conocimiento de causa que era impresionante. Materia prima de temporada, de una calidad tremenda, cocinada por alguien que no es que supiese de cocina, es que la dominaba a la perfección. El sellado del solomillo fue perfecto las dos veces que lo pedimos. Una de ellas con salsa roquefort, y la cantidad de salsa estaba perfectamente medida para potenciar el sabor sin opacarlo, Se nota que cada plato estaba estudiado con detenimiento y mimo. Y, por supuesto, una buena experiencia gastronómica no puede coronarse en la excelencia sin un servicio impecable, y absolutamente todos los camareros que nos atendieron eran maravillosos.

9.0Very quiet location. Our room had recently been renovated and was clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was delicious
