Lovely well equipped rooms.
8.0The room was lovely. It had everything I needed- tv, arm chair, dressing table, kettle, hairdryer, great shower, biscuits, water, toiletries,fan, etc. Central location. There was free parking directly outside. I recommend a walk to old Hunstanton.
− Checking in at the bar was a bit of a faff. I wish I’d left my case in the car. I didn’t find the welcome very warm. A suitcase stand in the room would have been useful. The car parking was really handy but I was blocked in by a delivery when I wanted to leave.
It was better than being in a sweltering city but the room being too hot rather spoilt things.
7.0Pleasant staff. Nice room - spacious and with a nice view.
− The room was very warm because the windows did not open wide enough to let air in and there were no blackout curtains. The curtains needed to be longer to shut out the sunlight. The fan was inadequate so we had to buy another one and use portable fans to try to cool off. As summers are getting increasingly hot this matter does need to be addressed. Perhaps portable air conditioning could be considered.
Lovely place to stay without paying £200+ a night like some of the Hunstanton places in high season

− There’s nothing I didn’t like , but if you struggle with stairs , maybe request first or 2nd floor as there’s 3 floors and no lift ( not that I was aware of )
