Non existing / rude customer service
1.0their luck on somehow still being on business.
− I leave this review in english so at least tourists will be able to AVOID this place. They left us without aircon l, in one of the hottest nights of the year, and gave us a "dehumidifier" trying to convincing us it was an aircon unit. That thing was literally blowing hot air when switched on, and when we complained, the property manager said "well just open the windows!". Note that the hotel is on a main road and there was noise until 3am! We checked in late and there was no other place to go unfortunately (and OF COURSE no other rooms available, but I am pretty sure that was a lie) Needless to say, we had a sleepless night. Also Booking team tried to contact the property "manager" and he never replied to them, which means if you have any problems you won't get any refund. "Too bad" I don't live in italy anymore because I would have actually SUED him. Worst experience I've ever had in any place I've ever stayed. Very rude service, non existing comfort. Please avoid.
