Réservation non respectée et manque de soutien
1.0− Lors de notre arrivée, la chambre réservée n’était plus disponible et l’hôtel était complet. Finalement, deux chambres séparées nous ont été attribuées, mais après beaucoup d’attente et de stress, ce qui est très difficile avec deux enfants et un bébé. Nous avons contacté Booking.com pour obtenir de l’aide, mais la seule solution proposée a été d’appeler le gérant, qui ne répondait pas. Booking n’a malheureusement apporté aucune aide concrète, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus difficile.
