− After paying my advance on booking the hotel and reaching from bangalore to the hotel they were replying your booking is canceled and I didn't get any mail regarding this and my advance amount which I paid has not been refunded and fab hotels customer care are not picking the call,please help me out

1.0− Worst hotel ever visited. Rude reception Staff didnt allow to check in despite prior booking and voucher available throgh booking.com. He denied any such boking was done. Booking.com should not be having such hotels in their list, who denies guest late at night. Road outside hotel was more clean.
