− They messaged to say they had to cancel the trip the day before due to toilet issues, but then said they couldn't officially cancel it until after the trip was supposed to happen, and that I had to cancel it (which is a lie). They took ages to waive the cancellation fee, even though it was them that cancelled. Never book with this hotel, they are potentially scammers

− There were lots of mosquitoes, though some repellent were in the room, still it's a problem if you sit outside, there is no bathroom in the rooms, so if you rent it out better you take all or go with people where you can share the bathroom.
