− They close at 9 pm...we finished late at our conference they didn't open for us, we had to book another place

2.0My car wouldn't start..Manager helped me get assistance on the car starting
− Bed Rooms are tiled..little caprtet just for feet.. Bedroom.windows do not lace curtains..when you open the curtain someone outside is bleeding to see you.. Bathroom had a bad smell.. No toilet spray in the bathroom No extra blanket in the bedroom closet Aircon fitted but not performing well.. Wifi ..fitted but signal not good One small pillow for each bed, my neck was painfully as I do not sleep with just 1 small pillow Also we arrive around 21h00..the Manager scolded me..saying I was supposed to check in while it still day time, the Lady working on that are was on leave, she is just helping, why did I arrive late.. So that is very wrong..I have my reason why I got there late. I feel what i paid was too much for the service I received
