7.0الاطلاله جميلة والموقع جيد. ولكن هناك ازعاج كبير جدا خصوصا ان الفندق لايوجد به تكييف واضطررت لفتح النوافذ.. ويقع بالقرب من محطة القطار..لا اعيد التجربة والسعر غالي مقابل الفندق..تعامل الموظفين جدا ممتاز ومتعاونون.

3.0− I rented the apartment for the Kaprun Summer Pass. I contacted the host, but he was slow to respond and sent me a link to get the passes. I told him I was having a problem with the link, but he didn't reply. I booked the apartment for three nights and still didn't receive the passes. I had to buy the tickets again with my own money because of the host's lack of response and failure to resolve the issue. My rating for him and his treatment is very poor.
Flot lejlighed, gå-afstand til Zell am See, men vanskelig kommunikation og meget trafik udenfor
7.0Meget pæn lejlighed. Der manglede ikke noget. Behagelige senge. Kort afstand til underføring under vejen og badeområde ved den anden side samt sti langs vandet ind til Zell am See, som var i gåafstand. Nemt med gratis parkering lige udenfor.
− Var ikke opmærksom på, at der var en meget trafikeret vej samt jernbane, hvor der også kørte mange tog, lige neden for lejligheden. Det gjorde, at vi ikke brugte den ellers hyggelige balkon ret meget, og at det larmede en del med åbne vinduer. Vi kunne fx ikke have vinduerne åbne om natten, hvor der blev meget varmt, fordi der ingen aircondition var. Synes ikke, at Keyone løsningen fungerede optimalt. Fik besked inden ankomst om, at man skulle registrere alle gæster og et kreditkort som sikkerhedsdepositum - derefter ville man modtage dørkode. Modtog ingen kode. Efterfølgende skulle man betale for hele opholdet på forhånd. Stadig ingen kode. Jeg skrev beskeder til dem flere gange via booking.com, men fik ingen svar. Der var et telefonnummer, man kunne ringe til, og det lykkedes da også at få hjælp den vej igennem efter et par opkald. Fik mange beskeder fra dem via booking.com og mail, men hvis ingen læser beskederne i den anden ende, burde man nok fjerne den kontaktmulighed. Efter ankomst kom der fortsat beskeder om, at jeg manglede at registrere gæster, kreditkort og betale for opholdet, selv om alt var i orden.

8.0Lejligheden var meget rummelig, pæn og ren.
− Udsigten fra terrassen var direkte ind i et andet hus. Vi kunne se søen fra et hjørne af terrassen. Lejligheden ligger desuden ud til en stor vej.
