7.0The location was great! The staff were helpful and friendly! The new room was a good surprise! The bed was comfortable and the toilets were new and good! Great ac . Notice that there are old rooms and new rooms.. There is a difference!
− The old rooms toilet were not looking in good condition.. but the new rooms great. The pool had some bugs.
I highly recommend the place, the staff are very nice and helpful

3.0− Avoid this hotel. It is overpriced, poorly maintained, and far from clean. The pool contains water bugs that bite, and there is no safe in the room. Both the room and bathroom doors cannot be closed properly unless they are locked. The air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The hotel surroundings are unattractive, with mostly concrete areas and very little greenery. The entire property is in desperate need of renovation. Although there is a TV in the room, it does not work, is very small, and is mounted about 2.5 meters above the floor. Everything looks worn out and neglected, as if it has gone decades without proper cleaning or maintenance. During the night, a small animal entered our room and tried to get into our bag. Considering the price, there are much better accommodation options available nearby. So far, this has been the worst hotel experience of our trip.

− There was no tea or coffee available..I think because they are currently building a new kitchen and restaurant, but I think tea and coffee could be provided at a minimum or at least they could partner with a local cafe to order breakfast delivery
