9.0Handy location for Chichester / Rolls Royce. Convenient parking on site. Quiet room. Friendly host. Great breakfast. Beautiful building, and lovely, charming feel to the place.

Good location but nothing special.
5.0Good location. Breakfast was ok.
− Very impersonal, keys left in entrance hall so, if you arrive early, you can see who’s staying in each room. Only contact with hosts is through WhatsApp or phone. No welcome at breakfast as host is cooking. Second day there was a child in the kitchen and there were raised voices and quite noisy. Parking is a bit tight but there is parking outside. Stairs up to the rooms are quite steep.
