This hotel meets my expectation
8.0Staff was helpful and had good interaction with guest. I requested more pillows and staff brought them to my room just a few minutes after the request. Then, I forgot my key card and the staff members were very helpful. One of the staff assisted me to access to lift and help open my room. This was very impressive.
Suggest of you can sleep in a noisy and loudly environment

3.0− We told to take a seat and wait but they didn't explain they expected is to wait for an hour and a half until 2 pm after we asked to check in early it wasn't until I went up the third time they said they wouldn't check us in until 2 pm. We could have gone and had lunch. I cancelled and went to a far better hotel I understand that the check-in time was 2 pm but during the first conversation they could have explained they had nothing available until 2 pm instead of telling us to sit and wait and not saying this until the third discussion.
