La struttura è meravigliosa, si respira una pace assoluta e la piscina a sfioro sui vigneti è incredibile! La camera era bellissima, pulita e curata.
− Da migliorare la piccola proposta breakfast in camera, la proposta f&b in piscina e la dotazione della camera che non aveva il fon.

La struttura è da 10, sia per il luogo in cui è immersa, sia in sè per camere (qualcosa comunque da rivedere, i bagni non sono tenuti benissimo) che per la piscina e servizi che (potenzialmente) offrono
− Gestione della piscina e organizzazione. Purtroppo arrivati alla struttura abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa: la piscina non è ad uso esclusivo/privato come indicato su booking ma ad uso pubblico. Il problema è che avevamo prenotato chiedendo (con tanto di messaggio su booking che attesta la risposta positiva) specificatamente se potevamo utilizzare la piscina sia il giorno del check in che il giorno del check out dopo l’orario. Noi, spinti da questa cosa abbiamo prenotato apposta perché il giorno del check out era il nostro anniversario, con il pensiero di passare una giornata, o almeno qualche ora ancora qui. Invece il pomeriggio precedente chiedo conferma alla responsabile e mi viene risposto che hanno già venduto tutti i posti per clienti esterni per la domenica in piscina e quindi non ci sarebbe stato posto per noi. Personalmente ci siamo rimasti molto male e abbiamo dovuto cambiare i nostri programmi e tornare a casa il giorno del nostro anniversario. Penso che una struttura dovrebbe avere un occhio di riguardo per i clienti che pagano (e non poco!) le camere, vedi anche il fatto che i gazebi riservati sono in ultima fila in piscina con tutti gli altri clienti esterni davanti nelle prime file. Soprattutto credo che una struttura ricettiva del genere debba offrire un servizio più esclusivo, come indicato. Lo staff era molto oberato, la ragazza della reception invece è stata molto carina, aveva mille cose da sbrigare tra i clienti delle camere e appunto gli esterni della piscina.. non abbiamo avuto neanche il tempo per finire la visita in cantina per questo motivo..
