4.0Ein sehr sauberes, gepflegtes, ansprechendes Hotel mit Tischen im Aussenbereich. Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet und nicht zu klein.
− Ich hatte mit der Schlüsselkarte Z. Nr. 1 grosses Pech. Der Zugang zum Zimmer war nicht einfach und normal möglich. Die Öffnung funktioniert fast nie und dann einmal kurz. Immer mit Zeitaufwand verbunden, denn ich musste die Kellnerin mehrmals bemühen. Diese Karte war nicht in Ordnung, es wurde mir trotzdem keine neue ausgestellt. Für diese Preisklasse nicht akzeptabel. Noch eine unschöne Ausladung war für mich die Schliessung des Restaurants und Aussenbereich so gegen 21 Uhr. Das Wetter war warm und angenehm, die Alternative war die Bank in der nebenan befindlichen Parkanlage (lt. Kellnerin). Mit operativen Schliesszeiten hatte ich nicht gerechnet, wäre dann woanders eingekehrt. Mit alldem hat dieser sonst so schöne Tag für mich leider keinen angenehmen Abschluss gefunden. In den letzten 6 Jahren hatte ich hier ca. 5 Aufenthalte, war bis dahin immer zufrieden.
