− Чаршафите и завивките бяха видимо стари и прекомерно използвани. Бяха чисти, но на места скъсани, а възглавниците - прекалено ниски и меки за вкуса ми.

9.0Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis war super. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Im Badezimmer konnte man ein leichtes Chlor-Geruch wahrnehmen, ein zeichen dafür das gründlich geputzt wurde. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einfach, sie meldete sich bei Anfragen schnell zurück. Die Schlüssel Über- und Rückgabe war unkompliziert. Begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätze sind vor der Tür vorhanden.
− Weniger wichtig, der Kühlschrank kühlte kaum, bei deutlich über 30 Grad Außentemperatur hätte ich mich auf kältere Getränke gefreut. Im Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, konnte man einen leichten Rauchergeruch feststellen, entweder haben die Vormieter im Zimmer oder auf dem Balkon mit offener Tür geraucht, für einen Nichtraucher ist es schon unangenehm.
