− No breakfast included and key card didn’t work coming in from the rain. I was cold and wet and wanted a hot shower. Took clerk a half hour to re program the card

− Elevator too slowly to run, you need waiting over 10 mins to take you up to 17th Floors and come down.

9.0Hotel is in a great location. Very close to different attractions and metro station. The room has a good view of the river. Free laundry service. And staff was very nice and helpful.
