− ⭐☆☆☆☆ Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Seascape in Penzance eine grosse Enttäuschung. Bereits kurz nach unserer Ankunft stellten wir mehrere erhebliche Mängel fest. Das Hauptbett war defekt und für eine Übernachtung aus unserer Sicht nicht zumutbar. Zudem funktionierte der Ablauf im Badezimmer nur unzureichend und auch die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir meldeten die Mängel umgehend. Eine Rückmeldung erhielten wir erst rund 1,5 Stunden später. Eine sofortige Lösung wurde jedoch nicht angeboten. Stattdessen wurde vorgeschlagen, auf dem schmalen Sofabett zu übernachten und die Probleme erst am nächsten Tag anzuschauen. Da dies für uns keine akzeptable Lösung war, verliessen wir die Unterkunft noch am selben Abend und übernachteten dort nicht. Booking.com wurde unmittelbar informiert und prüfte den Fall. Als Kulanz erhielten wir von Booking.com wenigstens eine Teilrückerstattung. Der Unterkunftsanbieter lehnte jedoch eine weitergehende Rückerstattung ab. Besonders enttäuschend war für uns der Umgang mit der Reklamation. Nach unserem Aufenthalt sandten wir Prosper Serviced Accommodation eine formelle Beschwerde mit Fristsetzung sowie anschliessend eine Erinnerung. Auf keines der Schreiben erhielten wir eine Antwort. Mängel können überall einmal auftreten. Entscheidend ist jedoch, wie professionell und kundenorientiert damit umgegangen wird. Leider haben wir in diesem Fall weder eine zeitnahe Lösung noch eine angemessene Kommunikation erlebt. Aus diesem Grund können wir diese Unterkunft beziehungsweise den Anbieter leider nicht empfehlen.

Sehr nette Unterkunft! Die gemeinschaftliche Küche ist wirklich eine liebe Idee! Die Lage ist auch top - kommen gerne wieder.

Posizione ottima. Camera piccol ma confortevole con bollitore e selezione di te/caffé. Nelle immediate vicinanze fermata bus e un bar dove poterp rendere un buon caffé.

Good location and nice view, except the blinds didn’t work to open to view properly.

− Damp in the room, looked like mould. Reported it and asked to switch rooms but no one got back to us in time. Once we’d left they asked for photos, but I’m still yet to receive any response to this complaint. Also the shower was either freezing or scalding (I wouldn’t allow a child in there). Reported this also and was told it was due to water pressure when the flats use the shower at busy times. It was 12pm….

Nice size room for what we needed netflix for morning and at bed at night

− Bed was not the most comfortable but not big issue but the wood back with little shelfs on side we hit body parts against them few times. Id get ride and get side tables
