− The only downside was that the room was very small. There was barely enough space for us to move around comfortably, especially with our luggage

− Moquette tressée au sol. Pas d’entrée sur rue, il faut sonner et prendre l’ascenseur mais ce n’est pas très gênant.

8.0Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Mit Uber oder Taxi ist man jederzeit flexibel und erreicht die wichtigsten Ziele schnell und unkompliziert. Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv ist die 24/7 besetzte Rezeption, sodass immer jemand erreichbar ist. Da wir bei der Buchung angegeben hatten, dass mein Partner und ich unseren Jahrestag feiern, wurde unser Zimmer liebevoll dekoriert und wir fanden sogar eine persönliche Karte vor. An dieser Stelle nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team!
− Leider hatte unser Zimmer kein Fenster, das man zum Lüften öffnen konnte. Dadurch war es auch nicht möglich zu sehen, wie das Wetter draussen ist oder die Aussentemperatur einzuschätzen. Zudem liess sich die Klimaanlage weder ausschalten noch individuell regulieren. Fairerweise muss ich jedoch erwähnen, dass wir diesbezüglich nicht an der Rezeption nachgefragt haben. Ausserdem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, sodass Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur deutlich zu hören waren.
