5.0The location was good, and the shops were quite accessible from the premises.
− I am an area manager for an educational company, overseeing approximately eighty schools across four provinces, which means I travel frequently. The fridge was not switched on when I arrived. The towel railing in the bathroom was broken, there was no plug for the basin, no toilet roll holder, and no stand or basket for shower gel. It used to be there before, but there are still brackets on which those mentioned above were attached. Only one toilet roll was available, which fell into the toilet due to the lack of a toilet paper holder. The base cover of the bed was dirty, and there were stains on the overlay. I brought all the above-mentioned points to the attention of the receptionist and walked through the room to show her.
