7.0Freundliche Vermieterin, sehr gute Lage - Innenstadt, Parkplatz am Haus, Ausstattung zweckmässig und neu, gutes Bett, sauber, allge.ein nutzbarer Kühlschrank und Kaffeautomat plus vorrätige Kapseln und Wasserkocher plus verschiedene Teesorten, Ventilator im Zimmer
− Durch die zZt. (Juli) hochsommerlichen Temperaturen sehr warme Zimmer (unter dem Dach), bei geöffneten Fenstern nachts sehr hellhörig, da die Fenster direkt auf die Gasse öffneten. Das Zimmer hat zwei Stühle und einen winzigen Rauchertisch. Für Essen und Ablagen eher ungeeignet. Es existiert kein Aufenthaltsraum. Kein Frühstück. Allerdings sehr guter Bäcker Junge gleich ums Eck.
