10.0Beautiful place and absolutely perfect for our large family group reunion. The team were so accommodating, helping us setup for extra children and managing a few unknowns. It's super close to the river and town, we absolutely loved Hay-on-Wye and it's the perfect base to explore from. Thanks again!
Disappointing for amount paid

− Never met owners very strange . Although bedroom was nice , bathroom was very poor . Cracked sink and lots of chipped porcelain in the bath . There was a plastic shower curtain , should never be used these days !! There was no hair dryer and the kettle was disgustingly brown inside 😩 Having read other reviews before writing this, I noticed similar complaints about bathrooms that obviously have been ignored . There is new building work taking place , money would be better spent replacing old bathrooms. Why is bar closed and no restaurant, it’s a bit of a trek to find somewhere and we didn’t find out until after paying our non refundable payment.

− Car park sketchy, builders vans and machines next to peoples cars. Issues with TV not resolved. Nobody came to help and speaking with front desk.
