Comfortable stay in a great location, with friendly, attentive owners
9.0Owners were very attentive and breakfast was excellent and made to order. Location was very good with free parking.
− Ensuite shower room was very tight and not ideally designed.
A great location to explore the Lake district with full breakfast and parking
9.0Rothay House was in a great spot to explore the Lake District, and within Ambleside was close to restaurants, and to hiking trails in the area. The hosts were very helpful and served a great daily breakfast.
− There was limited ventilation in our bathroom, but this would not deter us from booking a stay here again.
