− I had booked/paid in advance a room with airco and private bathroom. None of this. Not even a sink in this nasty cage. Instead, somewhere in the hallway a little hygienic looking coop, which serves as a shower / toilet. A mockery it is.

1.0− Falsely described (they said it had a kitchenette, balcony with mountain view and private bathroom). No window, no private bathroom or kitchenette and they were not willing to refund.
