8.0El lugar bien ubicado, limpio, buen trato de los empleados, 1 súper y panadería a la siguiente esquina del hotel,
− Se ve un poco antiguo, en mi opinión le falta pintura
Un castillo de malo de cuento
2.0− Mantas manchadas, toallas desgastadas, puerta del baño que no se cierra, calidad del mobiliario nulo. Se parecía a un castillo de película de miedo en lugar del castillo de princesa que parece en la foto.

10.0Excelente lugar para descansar y relajarse un rato lejos del ruido de la ciudad. Personal muy atento y amable todo el tiempo, cama cómoda con sábanas suaves, baño amplio con agua caliente, recamara limpia y grande al igual que el resto del recinto, cuenta con clima y abanico de techo en las habitaciones, una cocina disponible por si quieres hacer algo de comida casera y hasta una alberca para refrescarte ya que el clima de la ciudad es bastante caluroso y húmedo. 100% recomendado esperamos volver a hospedarnos la siguiente ocasión que estemos por acá. 😊🖤

− Pésima la limpieza, camas manchadas, con cabellos, baños sin puertas, lavabos. Y mucha gente en la alberca tomando porque venden cerveza.

10.0Muy tranquilo, está muy bonito el lugar, un poco lejos del centro pero muy bien, el personal muy amable y atento, muy accesibles me gusto que puedes hacer uso del refrigerador y el microondas
