I was initially very disappointed in the facility. Cleanliness & staff excellent

− No hot water No AC(fan was provided) Proximity to Main Street/highway, car fumes came into room when traffic got busy
The hostel is affordable and provides comfort just a short distance away from the beach scene
8.0It is an interesting property because it is kind of hidden on the main road at the entrance to Mazunte. It has a jungle atmosphere; plenty of greenery, and quite private. The owner is very kind with his guests and works hard to maintain comfort. There is an inexpensive convenient store next door.
− Not blaming Casa Del Angel at all; but it is not always quiet at night, with traffic and dogs. The drumming that I could hear put me to sleep though. You will have to walk into the town to find the beach, market, turtle sanctuary, etc.. but they are within walking distance. I had hoped the pool would work better. Also, somehow my shoes disappeared.
