Pleasant, roomy unit in a quiet rural setting, close to Stansted
10.0Peaceful rural location literally 5 minutes drive from Stansted airport. Big room, like a little apartment with fridge, microwave, sofa. Older style with blinds, was great in hot weather. Very reasonable price. Patient and helpful host. Great M&S food outlet at the airport petrol station if you want a quiet dinner in.
− Nothing, but be aware of local road closures if using Google, it's not that easy to figure out what alternatives there are.
A one night stay. Accommodation is lovely and exactly as described.

10.0This property was lovely, great distance from the airport with the option to leave the cars for the duration of our holiday. The owner was on hand as soon as we arrived. Great communication with the owners prior to arrival!
− The only comment I would make, and this is by no means a criticism. We stayed on the hottest evening of the year so the room was very very warm with no through breeze which cannot be helped by the owners. There was a ceiling fan but may benefit from further fan provisions during the hotter months.
