10.0Es war für uns unsere beiden Enkelkinder ein rundum gelungener Urlaub mit sehr freundlichen Gastgeberinnen, viel Platz zum Spielen und Sein. Vor allem hat uns das tolle Ambiente mit den Tieren gefallen, aber auch das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück gefallen.
Tolle Familienunterkunft. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Gesamtpaket
10.0Wir waren hier zwei Nächte mit 2 Kindern. Eine tolle Lage inmitten der Natur, freundliche Leitung, sehr familiär, voller Erlebnisse für Kinder, von Pferden, über Kaninchen, Schafe und Hühner. Liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück.
− Wir können nichts negatives finden. Frühere Kritikpunkte finde ich unberechtigt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gepflegt, dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absolut angemessen.

Schöne Lage, enttäuschender Aufenthalt
1.0Die ruhige Lage ist ein Pluspunkt. Leider wurden die positiven Aspekte komplett von den negativen Erfahrungen überschattet...
− Die Lage ist traumhaft, allerdings auf Google Maps nicht korrekt angegeben, sodass wir zunächst beim Nachbarn gelandet sind. Bei unserer Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass die Anbieterin nichts von unserer Buchung wusste und entsprechend völlig unvorbereitet war. Obwohl wir unsere Verspätung zweimal schriftlich angekündigt und mehrfach versucht haben, telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen, war niemand erreichbar. Bei unserer Ankunft in der Nacht war alles verschlossen und niemand vor Ort. Erst nach mehreren Anrufen erhielten wir eine Rückmeldung – jedoch ohne Entschuldigung oder Begrüßung. Besonders irritierend war eine Aussage der Besitzerin, sie habe nicht abgenommen, da sie nicht wisse, „was Schweizer von ihr wollen würden“. Das empfanden wir als unangebracht. Vor Ort wurden uns keine Einrichtungen gezeigt. Der im Preis inkludierte Zugang zur Sauna war nicht möglich. Zudem gab es nur eiskaltes Wasser und die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht, was für einen Aufenthalt im März/April unzumutbar ist. Die Wände im Bad waren verschmutzt, und der Abfluss im Lavabo war verstopft. Wir sind letztlich froh, dass wir nur zwei Nächte gebucht hatten.
