Nice location, away from the extreme tourism and noise. AC was good and the facilities too. Host was also very helpful

Un'ottima base in un quartiere ancora non troppo turistico

Abbiamo effettuato il check-in in autonomia e abbiamo trovato una camera pulita con bagno privato, dotata del kit di accoglienza basilare (asciugamani, sapone mani e doccia) e anche di una piccola cucina molto essenziale ma funzionale - che non abbiamo però utilizzato. La camera si trova nel quartiere di Dorsoduro, a circa venti minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Lucia. È una zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti dalle attrazioni principali ma non ancora turistica. Per noi è stata un'ottima base per dormire dopo aver esplorato la città per tutto il giorno. La camera è anche dotata di un climatizzatore.

− Sappiamo che non dipende dalla struttura, ma non è stato semplice addormentarsi sia per le zanzare - forse si potrebbe dotare la stanza di un antizanzare di qualche tipo - sia per il rumore del climatizzatore, che per via del caldo abbiamo dovuto tenere accesso un paio d'ore per rinfrescare la stanza. In compenso la zona è davvero tranquilla quindi a climatizzatore spento si dorme benissimo.

Check-in e check-out fáceis e sem complicações. Boa localização em Veneza, com ótimo custo-benefício para a cidade. O ar-condicionado funciona muito bem.

− O box do banheiro é muito pequeno e a pressão da água é relativamente fraca. Sugiro adicionar uma prateleira dentro do box para apoiar os itens de higiene pessoal. Também seria interessante disponibilizar cobertores melhores e maiores, pois os que estavam disponíveis eram bastante pequenos para o conforto dos hóspedes.

O anfitrião é muito prestativo e atencioso. Ele deu várias dicas ótimas de lugares muito bons e com um ótimo preço. O lugar é muito aconchegante, limpo, cheiroso, não tem cheiro de lugar velho como alguns outros de Veneza têm. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem, é essencial pra épocas mais quentes do ano. Pudemos deixar nossas malas antes do horário do check in, foi muito bom pra podermos curtir bem a cidade. Nós adoramos a localização, fica numa parte simpática da cidade, é possível encontrar comércios e restaurantes com um ótimo custo benefício bem perto.
