A localização não era má. De resto tudo péssimo. Experiência muito má.

− O alojamento era Péssimo. Desde o apoio que nunca funcionou, nunca vimos ninguém, foi tudo por Whatsapp e com péssima qualidade e pouca disponibilidade e amabilidade. O quarto era frio, não tinha ar condicionado nem qualquer tipo de aquecimento e tendo em conta que fomos em pleno inverno passámos imenso frio (graus negativos à noite). No dia seguinte pedimos, por Whatsapp, um cobertor e/ou edredons bem como outra almofada e em vez de nos ser dado foi-nos perguntado o porquê de estarmos a pedir estas coisas e ainda nos foi dito que todos os quartos estavam equipados com um edredom e almofadas. Foi-nos ainda pedido para tirarmos uma fotografia para comprovar. Acontece que o que o quarto tinha não era suficiente, não estava em condições e era frio. A cama estava mal feita, os lençóis e o edredom eram de má qualidade, curtos para o tamanho da cama e frios (lençóis de verão). Numa cama de casal estavam lençóis e edredom de cama de solteiro e de verão, muito frios mesmos. Dormimos muito mal, com muito frio e não nos foi dado qualquer apoio por parte dos responsáveis do alojamento, bem como deixaram de responder às mensagens. Nunca tal me tinha acontecido. Os responsáveis receberam o pagamento e não quiseram saber de mais nada, nem do conforto, nem se estava tudo bem. Nada. Uma vergonha. Foram três dias de noites mal dormidas, com muito frio e com almofadas que não se apresentam a ninguém. A vista para a varanda tinha um colchão velho e sujo e uma ventoinha partida, tipo zona de arrumos de coisas velhas. Tudo muito mal apresentado. Lamento dizer isto mas não aconselho este alojamento a ninguém. Dormir com frio em pleno inverno, com graus negativos, numa cama mal feita e sem qualquer proteção, por questões de higiene (o colchão tinhas manchas de sujidade e mais não digo) e conforto e ainda por cima sem apoio por parte dos responsáveis do alojamento, uma verdadeira vergonha. Uma experiência MUITO MÁ e a não repetir.

− Les équipements très anciens, draps tachés, pas de changement de serviettes durant le séjours. Nous mettions en moyenne 30mn pour régler la température de la douche … Robinetterie sale

− I would never stay here again, we arrived Christmas eve for an 8 night stay and went to our room, walk in and the first thing we smell is mould, and we see the sky light walls are covered in mould. i contacted the property owners as there is no reception and they sent us to another room, this room has been used, dirty bed sheets, crumbs everywhere, wet towels hanging on the back of the door. again i tried to contact via whats app and all i kept getting back was "sorry trying to talk to management", we asked for a refund and they stopped replying, so we have taken the issue further

Wanted to come home as soon as I opened the room door!

Nothing was not what we expected and we were all upset as soon as we saw it!

− I out in two adults two teenage 14 year old children so family room, hotel was advertising big discount and it sounded like it was in a nice place so I booked! All it shown in pic was a set of bunk beds so I thought theyrr for the girls sn there would be a brd for me snf my partner! Asked if we could drop luggage off as we were arriving earlier than chrck in but couldn’t (first time in my life I’ve never been able to do this) and was told it was a self chrck in hotel! Didn’t get the directions and instructions till after wr had arrived in London and found it was an upstairs apartments set above a cigar shop sn something else! Walked up stairs (which were lovely by the way) and found it got to tio to see a tradesman’s size pit of paint stacked uo on anothrr! Found the room opened the door and was shocked! The room was smaller than a students digs on campus! It was clean though! My partner out tv in to see the screen looked like a spiders web so something had smashed it! And I opened the curtains to see the wood frim the bottom of wall had broke off I. Two pieces and the worst thing was our window looked out into the roof of must’ve been the cigar shop! And there was a chair right uo by our hotel window and was facing in either a ladder leaning against the wall in the right! I suffer from anxiety and have attacks so this sent me thru the roof! I feel like it was false advertising and I would never hwvr booked it had I know ! It was literally one step uo from a ymca! No joke! I would like someone to look into this I have photos from the tv and the room as proof! It shouldn’t be sold as a hotel it’s not at all. It’s like a boarding house with no staff! I’m angry and it and want someone to look resokution to the upset it caused us all especially as it was my daughters Xmas present and she was so excited to go and experience London snf see the phantom of the opera!

La posizione è abbastanza buona, la metro è praticamente sotto casa.

− La stanza è molto piccola, ma su quello ci si adatta. Era abbastanza fredda, non credo sia mai partito il riscaldamento, ho chiesto se c era un modo per farlo partire, mi è stato risposto che una addetta alle pulizie mi faceva avere una stufa portatile che non è mai arrivata.
