8.0Posizione ottima, a 2 passi dal ponte di Rialto. Ideale per chi vuole una soluzione comoda ed economica senza molte pretese. I 3 bagni presenti sono in comune alle 5 stanzi presenti sul piano, puliti e grandi. Vi è una sala dotata di sedie e tavolini. La camera è molto grande e dotata di aria condizionata
− Consiglio di mettere un bollitore, una macchina del caffè e un tostapane per dare la possibilità a chi lo desidera di potersi preparare la colazione/merenda in autonomia sfruttando al meglio l'impianto sala comune quasi mai utilizzata
