− We booked the „Suite“ which was supposed to comprise a separate living room with kitchen facilities (microwave, fridge, etc), a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. At first, we got a simple room for two without any of these facilities. After complaining and discussing for about 20 minutes with the staff member working the night shift (who did not at all try and speak a bit slower in Spanish), we finally got the room which was pictured in Booking and which we paid for. Unfortunately, there was no separate living room or private terrace, as is described in Booking. The „kitchen facilities“ are located directly in the bedroom and there is no 2nd room. The „terrace“ can be used by anyone and very often the staff members or other guests were standing outside and talking loudly (even after 9pm) right in front of our window, which made it hard to relax. In general you can hear almost everything through the walls and the staff members are super loud. The lights in the hallway are also super disturbing, as there is a window from the room out to the hallway and the night shift guy always turned the lights back on even though we asked to keep them turned off. In general, a disappointing experience which is definitely not worth the money.

− Not sure how it was scored 8+ for cleanliness, as we found it very very dirty. The bed sheets were clearly used and full of hair! The toilet was clean compared to the bed. There is no Wi-Fi at all! When we asked, we were told there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the reception area but even there we could not connect. Extremely poor value for money. I understand it is an hostel but for 73$ at night it should offer much much more! NOT RECOMMENDED
