1.0De nada, aliás estou pedindo o reembolso do valor pago pois não fiquei na acomodação. Primeiro fui informada que o endereço mudou minutos antes de chegar no endereço fornecido pelo site. Depois o quarto cheirava a mofo, e era na verdade um hostel com banheiro compartilhado e a chave ficava escondida debaixo de uma pedra. As fotos mostradas no site não correspondem ao quarto ao vivo.

Convenient location, but overpriced and disappointing customer service after the stay.
5.0Excellent location at walking distance of the airport. Friendly staff.
− Expensive for the standard offered. After booking, I realized I needed an official tax invoice for tax purposes. Booking.com customer support advised me to contact the property directly. Although the property assured me they would issue and send the invoice, I never received it despite my follow-up requests. This was disappointing and raised concerns about their professionalism.
