5.0Great location. Walking distance from beach and a few coffee shops, like More and Coffee Craft. Very clean apartment.
− The beds mattrass needs to be replaced since it makes a squeaky sound when you lay down or just sit on the bed, a small kitchenette or sink would've been perfect to wash dirty dishes or anything cutlery related. There isn't alot of ventilation to accommodate the humidity(recommending a fan or aircon)

10.0We had a lovely stay at 12onParkesLane! The owner is very friendly and welcoming, giving detailed checkin instructions/parking information ahead of time. The room was spotless and comfortable. The location is absolutely beautiful, situated on a stunning island with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting leisure island and Kynsna!
