8.0The location is excellent. The room is simple and clean. The rose garden was wonderful.
− The app user experience should be improved. Too many unclear options. It was also impossible to book a free parking spot on the day of arrival through the app. Only one of the remote staffers could approve that. The instructions to lock the door were wrong.

7.0Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Sehr schönes Hotel und Zimmer. Bett war sehr bequem
− Unbedingt einen Parkplatz vorher buchen. Durch den digitalen Assistent ist es schwer an einen Mitarbeiter zu kommen. Wenn man mit jemandem sprechen will, unbedingt dem Assistent "mit Mitarbeiter sprechen" sagen. Wir haben keine Klimaanlage gesehen. Man kann nachts aber gut das Fenster offen lassen. Leider war der Fernseher nur direkt hinter dem Fenster. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Es gibt viele Cafés um das Hotel. Rein mit digitaler Abwicklung werden wir nicht mehr buchen.

10.0Es war super sauber, der online Check in war Mega und es hat alles so super geklappt, die Lage war so perfekt und wir würden immer wieder kommen.
− Das ist schon jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir hatten Löcher im Bettlaken und die Duschtüren waren unten aus der Leiste raus. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.
