− Climatizzatore un po' rumoroso ma funzionante. La camera necessita di una rinfrescata ma va bene per un breve soggiorno

− Il bagno puzza, c'è muffa, il condizionatore è molto difficile da far funzionare.

6.0La posizione della struttura è davvero ottima, in pieno centro e comodissima per visitare la città a piedi. Ho apprezzato anche la tempestività e la disponibilità del proprietario, che ha risolto rapidamente un piccolo malfunzionamento riscontrato durante il soggiorno.
− La pulizia mi è sembrata un po' superficiale e, nel complesso, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura e manutenzione. In bagno mancava il sapone per la doccia e non c'erano ganci o supporti per appendere gli asciugamani. Lo specchio era rovinato e l'aria condizionata risultava piuttosto datata. Considerando questi aspetti, ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo non sia particolarmente conveniente.

− Er waren enkele problemen met de airco, blijkbaar raakt die oververhit. De eigenaar Paolo hielp me verder, maar ik denk dat als je geen Italiaans spreekt en je komt deze problemen tegen dat het moeilijker is.

− Il condizionatore non funzionante. Mi è stato mandato il manuale di istruzioni ma non era assolutamente funzionante e non ha rinfrescato per nulla la stanza. Non si riusciva nemmeno a spegnerlo per la notte perché non risponde ai comandi. Abbiamo sofferto il caldo di notte. Il fon in bagno è rotto. È vero che c'è quello sostitutivo ma sembra proprio che non si sia cura per le cose della casa.
