Tvarkingas ir švarus kambarys. Puiki vieta - galima nueiti pesčiomis iki pagrindinių lankytinų vietų, jei nesinori vaikščioti šalia tiek metro, tiek autobusų stotys. Šeimininkai rūpestingi ir mandagūs.
