10.0Gostamos da tranquilidade, do atendimento dos funcionários, super atenciosos. O café da manhã foi top. As atrações tbm, e os animais da fazendinha.

− não achei funcionários, local sem sinalização do camping, sem iluminação, sem estrutura de atender pessoas com qqr mobilidade, animais sem cuidado correto, cavalos desprotegidos do sol e da chuva, sem luz do quarto, banheiro com mal cheiro, sofá rasgado, torto, e bambo, não vi local de pesca, tanto que nem fiquei no local, paguei 900 reais e nem tive coragem de dormir lá, com barulho de rato no teto. difícil acesso, longe do centro de Itu. conclusão: não indico

Troca de Chalé por um inferior
4.0− Prezados Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação sobre a nossa hospedagem no Camping Carrión, durante o fim de semana de sábado 19/07 para domingo, no mês de julho e o meu namorado Leandro e nossas filhas Nossa reserva era para um chalé bangalô, que possui cozinha equipada com utensílios domésticos. No entanto, ao chegarmos, fomos colocados em um chalé Veraneio, que não possui essa estrutura. Essa troca foi feita sem o nosso consentimento e nos causou diversos transtornos sendo que no aplicativo estava Bangalô e a recepção disse que realmente foi um erro . Chegando ao chalé, constatamos que não havia talheres, panelas, pratos e demais utensílios básicos de cozinha. Como havíamos levado alimentos para preparar nossas refeições, tivemos que pedir utensílios emprestados para outros hóspedes, e Wi-Fi o que foi extremamente desconfortável e fora o odor forte do lado . Além disso, a lâmpada do quarto não funcionava , ficamos sem luz pois o controle não funcionava o colchão estava em péssimas condições sentindo as molas nas costas , e o Wi-Fi simplesmente não funcionava. Estávamos com duas crianças, que também pretendiam utilizar a internet, mas isso não foi possível. Informamos os problemas à equipe três vezes, principalmente sobre o Wi-Fi e a luz e mesmo assim a situação não foi resolvida durante a nossa estadia. Como a hospedagem já estava paga, não tivemos outra opção a não ser permanecer no local, mesmo diante de todos esses problemas. Diante de todos os transtornos, gostaria de saber quais providências o Camping Carrión pretende tomar para reparar essa situação. Aguardo um retorno com uma proposta de solução compatível com os prejuízos e o desconforto que tivemos.
