Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt für uns nicht
6.0Sehr gute Lage, gutes Fitnessstudio, Appartement mit guter Grösse und endlos warmer Dusche. Es gibt einen Sammelkorb für Öl., Salz etc von anderen Urlaubern bei dem man sich bedienen kann. Wir hatten grundsätzlich einen schönen Aufenthalt, müssen aber auch sagen das wir uns aufgrund der Sterne, dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und unserer nachfolgenden Kritik nicht nochmal für den Zwingerhof entscheiden würden.
− Keine Reinigung des Fitnessstudio während des Aufenthalts, im Appartement gab es keinen Mopp um den Boden aufnehmen zu können (was man mit Kind ja doch mal öfters muss), das Spielezimmer ist nicht immer zugänglich, der Spielplatz im Freien könnte bei der Orientierung der Region auf Familien besser ausgestattet sein (keine Schaukel). Wir haben Aufpreis für den Seeblick bezahlt - die Terasse ist nicht gut abgeschirmt: das Kind kann nicht frei springen da es einfach auf die Strasse laufen kann, ausserdem wurden während unsere Aufenthalts Fahrräder auf der Terasse abgestellt und Leute haben sich auf die Terasse gesetzt. Bei einem Appartement für 4 Personen wäre zudem ein echter Gartentisch statt zwei Bistrotischen sinnvoll. Im Abfallraum ist nicht alles beschriftet. Die Matratze vom Babybett war sehr durchgelegen. Auch bei einem Aufenthalt von mehr als einer Woche wird vom Hotel aus nicht aktiv ein kostenloser Handtuchwechsel angeboten. Die Endreinigung kommt am Ende noch zu den Buchungskosten, aus unserer Sicht zu teuer wenn man bedenkt dass sich unter den transparenten Folien in der Küche diverse Silberfischleichen fanden. Auch Spinnenweben gab es bei der Ankunft (mehr als ein Nest und auf Kleinkinderhöhe).
Brilliant location, great sauna/spa, excellent service quality
10.0Calm and quiet location, in-between a beautiful little lake and the centuries old castle tower, this location is truly stunning. Nice sauna/spa area to relax after a day outside. Service could not have been better - very kind and conscientious staff, always willing to help with requests.

8.0Struttura ottima, posizione di fronte al lago suggestiva e tranquilla vicino alla cabinovia. Servizi molto buoni con spa e Summer card per il comprensorio inclusi. Appartamento spazioso pulito con ampia terrazza. Market e servizi vicini .
